As the Président du Conseil d’État du canton de Genève, I commit to also undertake the following:

• Promote within the Presidential cabinet, and to my colleagues of the State Council, that a balanced representation of competent women and men in posts is the responsibility within the cantonal administration.  Currently 38.1%, this rate is increased by 0.6% per year and tends the goal of achieving at least 40% of women among senior executives of the township by the end of 2018.
• Promote pay equality in the canton of Geneva through the implementation of a control system requiring equal pay by bidders for public procurement of Canton by the end of 2018.
