As the Executive Director of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, I commit to also undertake the following:

• Actively monitor the level of Global Fund investments that benefit women and girls and increase efforts to scale-up programs which support women and girls, in line with our 2017-2022 Strategy.
• Integrate gender equality into all Global Fund on-boarding trainings for new staff, and integrate programmatic aspects of addressing gender-related barriers and gender equality into training for programmatic staff.
