As the Executive Director of the International Council of Voluntary Agencies (ICVA), I commit to also undertake the following:

• Ensure that gender balance is included in ICVA’s internal procedures as part of the ‘checklist’ for meeting planning and that we include gender-specific data on participants and panelists in our monitoring and evaluation processes for all events organised by the ICVA Secretariat (in Geneva or Regional Hubs).
• Commit to propose and support ‘high performing dynamic female experts’ to represent ICVA at events organised by other partners such as on UN panels, member state meetings and other representative opportunities.
