As the General Secretary of the Lutheran World Federation (LWF), I commit to also undertake the following:

  • On-going enforcement of LWF policy of gender balance expressed in its commitments to safeguard participation of at least 40% women and 40% men in all its governance bodies.
  • On-going support to LWF members to implement the governance’s commitment to ordain women as pastors/priests in the church.
