As the Permanent Representative of the Mission of Albania to the United Nations in Geneva, I commit to also undertake the following:

• Within my Mission I will be responsible and take care of supporting and promoting career advancement of my female colleagues
•  I will work with my colleagues, Permanent Representatives from the countries of Western Balkan Region to create a regional network for understanding, discussing and proposing solutions on common issues of women’s empowerment. The network will establish focal points in each country composed by Parliamentarians, Government officers and civil society representatives with the aim of creating a regional gender think tank.
