I, Jennifer Brant, support the GGC Panel Parity Pledge.

As the Director of Innovation Insights, I commit to also undertake the following:

• Ensure there is at least one female expert speaker on every panel that Innovation Insights organises, co-sponsors, or provides a speaker for. Having a female moderator will not count towards this commitment. I will urge our partner industry organisations in Geneva and abroad to likewise commit to this version of the panel pledge. We will include a logo representing our panel pledge commitment on our website.
• Engage to personally mentor at least two female junior professionals working in the field of public policy advocacy each year.
• Launch a program at the Ecolint in Vaud aimed at exposing children to professional women across sectors. This initiative could focus in particular on working mothers of Ecolint students, who could be invited to present their work to the children. For older students, this conversation could include discussion of bias and other challenges faced by working women.
